Staffing Changes at the SCDA

Executive Director Crandall Hrynkiw plans to retire on December 31, 2024.   He is currently helping the SCDA Board of Directors recruit for his replacement. If you are interested in becoming Executive Director at SCDA we are advertising on Indeed, Agcareers.com and LinkedIn. 

Project Manager and Engineer Ryan Husband will have his time with SCDA reduced to Supervisor of Engineering Services at SCDA. But, Ryan will be taking on a new job as the new Executive Director of Irrigation Saskatchewan. Congratulations Ryan! 

 Office Administrator Jordan Yutuc will be leaving us to become Project Coordinator at Ensero SolutionsCongratulations JordanYou will be missed at SCDA! 

 Julia Norberto will move into the Project Manager Role vacated by Ryan Husband. We know Julia will continue her excellent work in her new capacity. 

Two new engineers started work with SCDA on September 18, 2024:

Marziye Kayhanpanah joins SCDA with a PhD in Watershed Management and will work as Project CoordinatorShe has experience with LIDAR and flow modellingWelcome Marziye! 

 

Declan MacDonald joins SCDA with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a Biochemical Specialization from the University of SaskatchewanDeclan has experience with Coastal Gaslink Pipeline in Northern BCHe was also employed as a Junior Engineer at Maven Water and Environment.   Welcome Declan!
