It is imperative that CAAs conduct their Triennial elections as scheduled. No matter how dated the legislation is, it is the law as we know.

SCDA will notify all CAAs that are due for Triennial Election and will provide support when necessary to help with the process.   If you have questions, please contact the SCDA Office.

We have made some headway with one of our CAAs, who was having difficulty claiming their GST rebate. Many thanks to Amanda S.A. Doucette from Stevenson, Hood, Thornton Beaubier LLP for her help in navigating tax law and appeals process.

SCDA Office has moved, and operations continue at our new location:

35-3814 Burron Ave. Saskatoon, SK.

The SCDA is actively investigating methods to enhance communication channels for C&Ds and WAs while prioritizing individual privacy protection. As a pivotal step in this initiative, we are considering the creation of a publicly accessible C&D/WA directory, coupled with the provision of dedicated email accounts through the SCDA for each entity. This endeavor aims to grant C&Ds seamless access to a suite of Microsoft programs, including Exchange for email management, OneDrive & SharePoint for file organization, and Teams for instant messaging and collaboration.

We highly value your input and feedback on this proposed initiative. Therefore, we have prepared a brief survey to gather your thoughts and suggestions. Your participation in this survey will greatly assist us in tailoring our approach to best meet the needs of our stakeholders. Please take a moment to share your insights by completing the survey available by clicking the following button:
